It was an awesome match, I missed the 1st 2 sets as I was coming home from work, but he certainly had me on the edge of my seat and I've got no fingernails left.

I feel better now I have a reason to dislike him rather than the vague *can't take to him* that I used to feel before ! lol xx

Like Jean and Muffy, I have never taken to him either (didn't like his bad language) and he appeared to be looking so sorry for himself when he had lost two sets but, I'm thinking now that there is a lot more to him, and can only respect his guts and determination for coming back and raising his game the way that he did to end up being the victor.
Whether he can go further remains to be seen, but he seems to think he is capable of beating Nadal.

When asked who he wanted to win the world cup (Soctland failed to qualify...again).the jumped up little ***************** said and I quote "ANYBODY BUT ENGLAND".

Cant stand his attitude and mannerisms. I only watched it yesterday to see him get beaten. But he won Well done Mr Murray you proved me wrong lots of guts shown.

I think the comment about supporting anybody bar England was meant as a joke, unfortunately for him,he sounded as though he meant it, which I am sure he didn't but he does seem to be trying harder at interviews and was very appreciative and grateful for the crowds support.
