The Cost of petrol, I can't believe it.

Well as some of you may know, our car has been off the road since the beginning of April, and it hasn't been filled up since March. Hubby and I went to the petrol station earlier to fill up and I can't believe how much it has cost us to fill her up again. Before it used to cost us £36 pounds to fill the tank. Tonight it was £50, I know from all the news reports that the price had increased but it hadn't hit home how much it had gone up.

...but have you seen the price of public transport?

Hardly encouragement to swap my trusty steed for a big fat smelly bus!

Its getting expensive but I still manage to fill up and eat less instead!
