My eldest went to Kentwell Hall too Izzy. I did feel sorry for them all dressed up as it was sooooooooo hot !!! lol xx

I went to Kentwell Hall on a Tudor trip with my mini me last week, spent hours making him his Henry 8th costume it was brilliant!!
Very difficult to drive my car to the school wearing my Anne Bolyen (?) costume!!!!

Haven't a clue Ann.

She came out of school with a face like thunder. Told me she only had a sandwich and an apple......I'd shown her what was going into the bag this morning there was Chicken nuggets.....a little tub of ketchup. Two biscuits and some carrot too but she says she didn't get that.

We were told to put the lunch in a carrier bag so as not to be carrying around heavy lunch boxes...... I put her lunch bag into the carrier bag which contained her raincoat and her hat and suncream (good old weather lol) I can only assume it fell out or something.........poor little thing xx

Muffy, One thing puzzles me, how would all the best bits of her lunch go missing? Don't they look after their own lunch? Have you any idea?

My son visited his secondary school for the day yesterday...and i stood there and cried, so come September he'll be best to go on his own

BPC......... I wouldn't hesitate to have Stray look after my kids..........I've met her in real life and she's a great mum. What her typing has to do with helping on school trips I don't know.......but thanks for your contribution to the thread.........

no bpc we go on the trips to hav fun and the way i type on here is not the way i do on real life hun xxx

hun shes tired coz i gave her 200 smackers to go with.....so she can spend um on the gambling machines lol.

i told her ifs shes enough left over to have a few bevvies in the nearest local....pmsl:)

i dnt have to worry when my babies go on there trips i go with them haha

or i send nanaor dog if iv been before or if i suspect its going to be boring haha

luckily for me our skool is always looking for helpers and there is nothing nicer than seeing a class full off happy faces

bbut if me or mam or dog didnt go i would worry
there was a trip shorty went on they didnt need helpers

so we went to the same museum for the day with baby satan lol

I dont admit to nothing but did walk round the school at play time and peeked through the wire, only to see they was playing nicely!! ,and promtly got reconised ,,*look there's your mum.* and was told to go away they were not a baby from a 41/2 year old,,,,,,,,!!!

She isn't in a good mood. Half of her packed lunch went missing........all the nice bits too !!!! I'll have to find out tomorrow what happened ....... add to that the fact that she's totally worn out.......I've a long evening ahead I think lol xx

Well I admitted it to Muffy before, but I stalked my son every inch of the way when he first went to school on his own. Dodged in shop doorways, hid behind trees, pulled hat down over face, it's a wonder I wasn't arrested! He told me years later that he knew I was following him but he decided to ignore me...Mother love, eh? lol BC XX

Mine is due his week away in September and Im having a breakdown just thinking about it lol
