Problem with renewal

I've been a member of genes reunited for 2 years now and it's asking me to renew my membership. My bank isn't a vaid payment so i signed up to paypal and i dont know where the option is to use this function. My account type is continious payment does this change anything? |

I think on here you can't change your continuous payment. If they can't collect from the card you have said to take from , they will email you & then you can make alternative payment. |
