Many thanks to you all for your ideas. Many shops mentioned are not available in my area,but some are. Will try Tesco and M&S on Sunday, who I know sell big sizes. |

Hi Julia,if you can get to Skegness there is a shop called Size Up lovely clothes for larger ladies of all ages there may be a branch near you.very fashionable and sizes from 16 -30,and are always having sales at bargain prices.hope you find something suitable,and good luck with your hospital visit. |

After a recent stay in hospital, and some others to come, I realised how non PC I was dressed. Very few people actually don nightclothes and get between the sheets, except at night, particularly if you are on an assessment ward. |
