Can someone give me some tips please. I.E where to start etc as I haven't a clue.

hello

If it's forum sites you want their are many free ones you can find on google............if it is a full website then paid ones are the better - heart, webeden etc.

best to google for them and see which ones are in your budget. Most have a customer line so you can speak to them direct and tell them what you are planning for the site.
