Ordered a dining suite, paid for it, told be delivered today, so frantically decorated dining room in time, moved old suite, waited and waited, phone call at 9.40 this am van broken down, okay, gave them two phone numbers to keep me updated, no phone calls, rang them back at 15.45 said furniture in Newcastle, delivered tonight, I have waited and rang, no answer, waited and rang, assurred me he would not lie, but still waiting, should I complain, they call themselves Panther, think they should rename themselves Snail deliveryXX.. |

Tis Murphy's Law I am afraid Gillian.....am doing the waiting game myself...Paid extra to have a parcel delivered within the week...am still waiting. |
