I hate been called nice or lovely if i have done someone a kindness

it drives me potty lol

I have just had an email from someone i helped by doing a quick home page for them

took less than an hour

does that warrent Aw Steve your such lovely lovely man

*lovely* here is like and or but, lol... it is the usual response to any good event, a term of endearment, and a threat... as in "Look you now, my lovely, are you wanting a slap?"

To be honest, I don't mind most colloquial terms of endearment... it all depends on the way that they are used and the tone of voice!

There is nothing wrong with nice..... they taste good, but they do drop in the cuppa very quickly if you dunk them;¬))

I hate being called 'Dear'.... We have one customer at work who when rings n I answer says ''Hello Dear''..... I told him he makes me feel about 90 calling me that so now when I answer he just says ''Hello S*xy Hor*y B**ch''.....!!!...well, that's better than Dear I s'pose....pmsl.

.......and with a name like Steve the Flirt......who can blame us girls for giving you a few flirty type words.....
