Apple pie and double cream last night. Not sure where the cream was bought, as it is not produced here. Also fish pie with smoked haddock which was brought over from the UK.
Cream here is normally whipping that has an aversion to being whipped!

Just found my first cream over here, only taken me 13 months to find it.
What ingredients are in cream? (you wont expect the answer to this)

Recombined milk,
Water,
Stabilizer E406,
E440
Preservative E234
Milk fat 30% minimum.

One lump or two!!! (its actually thicker than clotted cream)
