That was indeed nice of them, although I asked for help a good while ago, and was given 'instructions'... no good to me.
I had made a few mistakes with my paternal family.. there are too many children to delete and re do.

Joy seen as you have thier "ear" could you ask them why its only yours and my thread that has the little envelope by the side of our posts, saying "no new posts"????

Joy ,
i have contacted GR before as well
not for my tree, but when i came to
renew, my credit card had been changed
as i'd changed banks so asked them what i could do and they were really helpful.

sometimes GR staff are a blessing

A few weeks ago i made a massive mistake on my tree

i had put somebody as the child of a brother

i was looking at hours if not days of work to correct it

on a wim i contacted gr staff and told them what i had done

low and behold the very next day

i got a email saying that they had corrected my tree them selves

WELL DONE GR you may not be appreciated by everybody

but i certanly have every respect for you all now
