Money is everything Dawnie. get your GP to refer you, I am sure it will be worth it.

The difference is whose "costs" it goes on-the hospital or the GP!!!

was at hospital today and consultant wants me to go to pain clinic but the NHS trust wont let them refer anyone even though consultants know it is the best treatment for their patients has to go via my GP. Can anyone explain why what difference does it make who does the refer apart from money
