I also liked the book and thought it was better than the film, however saying that, I think the film was lovely to see the costumes and how they were dressed. Japanese girls are so slim and gentile don't you think??

~~~Loved the film...went out and bought the book....(but havent read it..!)...Will try and get to read it..as I am sure films leave so much out..But loved the story..
