Oh bless you for doing that!

We had a similar problem many years ago but we were able to handle the bird so we got it sorted quite quickly. We had to parcel him up and send him home on a train! PMSL

A racing pigeon landed in my garden on sunday. It is quite tame and I have been feeding it .I have crawled on my hands and knees following it to get the number off the ring on it's foot. This afternoon finally found it's owner .Someone will come and get it from me tomorrow morning and have it sent back to Staffs. It was released only 1 mile from me but took 24 hours to get to my garden.BLESS!It was it's first flight.
The owner could not believe how much trouble I took to find out where it came from. But to me it was a lost creature and I just wanted it back where it belongs.
So it has taken me 4 days(just for a pigeon)My OH thinks I am totally barking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I I am glad I managed to do it.
