I have but they just say
we are mending the hand set and it will be back soon ....!! not sure how if they dont know where it is .......

And its also down to the managers decision and .....we dont know if thats a he or she coz each time we go to the shop the manager is no where to be seen ....

OMG ...they have us by the short and curlies!!!

Orange my son a mobile phone it went wrong so they sent it back ,.......but they cant mend it so they sent it to another company .....who cant find it ..........

They have replaced the phone now ....but the shop cant give it to me..........................

and we dont and cant find out why!!!!!!!

Same as Ann customer services say it aint their problems as they only do internet phones ...we must go to the shop ....but they rang their managers who dont know what we are talking about

So what next!!!!!

I,ve paid for my phone and no one knows where it is or what to do ...

Grrrr - or rather lack of it !!!

And why are long standing customers given the rubbish deals while 'New customers only' get the tempting golden carrot on a stick ???

Just called Virgin Media to query something on my phone charges - helpful to a small degree, but they can only provide back dated call lists for 3 months which isn't much help when i am querying charges over 12 months.

Then at the end i mentioned that as an O2 customer i can get a really good deal on their broadband.

I pointed out that it was about half what i pay currently to be told 'there's no deals i can offer you' ............ and then he had the cheek to tell me that, that wasn't 'ridiculous' - which my response!

So i said it was - because new customers are getting offers of half price deals or lower, and existing customers just get shafted with high charges.

He said if i wanted to disconnect my service i'd have to speak to Customer Relations - did i want him to put me thru??

No i said not just now thanks - anything else he asked - No i said ......... and he just terminated the call without a word - HOW RUDE ! ! !

If it wasn't for all the hassle involved i'd be withdrawing my custom immediately.......... so if anyone here works for Virgin Media - please pass on this unamused customers feedback - thanks !!
