	Gillian, hope you are managing to sleep and find some relief from the pain in your heart, I know the feeling all too well. Maybe you should try to imagine, hard as it would be, what Stephen would say to you, if he was with you and you had lost a different son, try and think of his words of comfort and perhaps they will ease your pain.
