Well it will help some....

In-laws travel to see family in Italy when they can. They are 87 and 90.

Mother-in-law's sister goes to Canada at least once a year to see her children, ... She's 92.

You'd need to be in pretty good health. Insurance for the 80's and over is more expensive.

They are not giving much away are they...lol

Older senior citizens b.1929 and earlier can get free passports or renewals.
