	This is driving me crazy. How do I get rid of ""FIREFOX3 when it isn't in my control panel or anywhere on my computer that I could delete it from. Thanks if anyone can help. Sue

	Go to add/remove programmes...............it must be there, or search for it and the pc will locate it for you.

	Thanks Kitty and Keith. Have done as you both said now I need to know how to add a cookie as a website won't let me use it until I create a cookie for it. I know I am thick,but how do I add a cookie Please.
