Help Needed with 80's 'Toy' PLEASE

TOR Report 28 Oct 2008 10:14

Hi I'm hoping someone out there has a fantastic memory and can tell me the name of something from the vague description I'm about to give.

Recently found out my sister was SO jealous when I received this as a Christmas present so thought it might be an idea to get her one (if it still exists)

Okay description............

Not really a toy more a craft set.

The box contained moulds, dyes and resins.

You could (for example) put clear resin in half the mould then put an object, like a shell, in mould before topping up with either clear or coloured resin.

I remeber making keyrings, paperweights, etc.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about ?

More importantly does anyone know what this 'toy' was called?

Can't remember what it was called but I had one in the early 1970's and made paperweights, keyrings and the like. The 70's version was withdrawn because of the fumes it gave off lol
