I know I'm sad but I bought my chocolate advent calenders yesterday. Does anyone else out there bother, or as I suspect am I truly sad. It doesn't help that my kids are now 17 and 19.

Before you know it christmas will be over and they'll have the easter eggs on the shelves. No wonder people get into debt. it's too commercialised

I've bought a chocolate advent calendar - just for me!

Still give OH's kids Terrys Chocolate Oranges even though they're all in their 30's. My brother-in-law used to get a brown paper bagful of monkey nuts every Xmas from his Mum!
