such sad news, my thoughts are with her family.

been i little lazy as i still have not painted my garden gate

i was on my holls last week with daughter and 2 of the grand kids we had a lovely time and very good weather so i did manege to get a suntan

I'm having a couple of weeks off work, getting odd jobs done at home. Had a lovely day out with OH and son at Kew Gardens on Tuesday, haven't been there for years.Must have walked miles lol

Hello everyone

Jean, the physio only took 10 minutes! She gave me some more exercises to do and measured how much movement I had and said come back in 2 weeks. It's slowly getting better and the swelling is going,

I hope to start riding again tomorrow

I haven't ridden since I broke my arm and my wrist is too painful. It's takes ages to muck out cos I have to keep using the fork and broom with my left hand!!

nice day here...eventually. having a lazy day, did a bit of housew... earlier now having a coffee in front of the tv and tapping away on me lappy

my wrist is still painful, waiting for an appointment for physio

Had some sad news from my sister, they decided to have their dog pts, the vet said that jake wouldn't get any better and his bowel and bladder wasn't working, very sad, he was only 7

Oh hell fire, I forgot Pauline and Shelly's birthday, so my loves, a happy belated birthday to you both.

Today I started my special diet, in readiness for my Colonoscopy on Monday. No food what so ever on Sunday, just cuppa soup and oxo drinks....oooh poor me, I shall be starving by the time my appointment on Monday at 8.20. Never mind I shall have a lovely filling lunch to make up for it.

I should have a lovely flat tummy by Sunday night, after taking the clearing out jollop, but a very sore BTM no doubt. LOL

Yvonne i put the flowers up on the 25th but my birthday was 23rd

my daughter had her dog put to sleep a week befor Christmas as she was very ill
and keep fulling down the stairs her boy was very up set
but she now as a new dog

Afternoon all

Like your flowers Shelly, very pretty

Well the cast is off but my hand is very swollen and bruised, I've been given exercises to do and I've to see a physio.
My sister's dog is still at the vets, he's still having problems with his hind legs and hasn't got any control over his bladder and bowel. If there's no improvement by this weekend she will have to make a decision about having him pts. Very sad.

well weather has been nice here
but not that sunny for sun bathing
