Incidentally have you ever been into the little museum at West End? it is really good.

In Excess is in the high street in west end it has free parking at the back of the shop and it is next door to Netto

Well at last I have found time to have a go with the big. It is so much easier than the Wizard although it took a bit of sorting out with different thickness dies (I only have a couple of bug dies), Some dies need two extra pieces of card because they are very thin but i managed to work it out. I just know it will be very useful. Or if not useful a great toy to play with!!!!

Hi all,
Just to say have a lovely Easter everybody. I will be absent for a few days as our computer is going to the doctor for a MOT and we are not sure whether we'll have a complete new computer or this one will be "cleaned" up. I didn't like the idea of the pc having to go in on Easter Saturday but hope they won't be long looking at it.
I went to the Garden Center today and bought lots of plants for our window boxes etc. so hope we don't get any more frosts.
Don't quite know whether we'll be alone or have visitors for Easter, but any one will suit me.

Hi all,
Well pc wasn't even 1 night way. It was a small repair necessary and we were advised not to get a new computer, so two happy bunnies.
My balcony is now looking pretty with the window boxes I have planted. The little blue tits keep coming for their food, but go to the neighbour to nest. Would like to have a nest here too.
Just phoned, this afternoon, my neighbour who is in her holiday house in Hungary and she said it was 30 degrees there.
It has been 23 here.

Hi all,
So Easter has passed, and what wonderful sunny weather we had. The warmest Easter for some 25 years!
We didn't do much, but the weather was too nice to stay indoors so we packed up some food and drove off. We didn't go too far, but made a change for us.
Hey Jude, we don't talk together much anymore, do we? Remember the old days? How is Fat Cat?
I hope to get Johan off tomorrow to buy some more summer trousers. He hates that word "shopping", and if you add the word "clothes" and "for him" he almost has a heart attack. We have to sit down and talk quietly first about ME going to town, then include him into it. Oh, and I have done this now 52 years!
Well, I'll let you know tomorrow whether or not we actually made it.

Jude you can use Sizzlets dies, you need to follow instructions about using other dies than Cuttlebug and insert a piece of card to make up for the sizzlets being thinner. But they work OK.

Hi all,
Well shopping trip was a great success. First of all we bought two nice pair of summer trousers for johan - light grey and light beige. They needed a little shortening so left them at the shop as I didn't feel like doing them myself.
Then on to buy my half curtains - net. Here again, the last roll he brought out I liked. I thought I wasn't go to succeed. but fine I did.
Johan then went to the library for a rest and I went to my favourite "tops" store. I managed to find two modern tops which had been priced down, so happy bunny here.
The nasty thing - yes, there always has to be something to spoil an otherwise wonderful day. I broke my front tooth. I must have swallowed it. I phoned the dentist and can go to him tomorrow morning at 9.10. I have to be at the doctors at 9.40 so will be cutting things finely. Hairdresser comes at 1.00 but I could put her off, but doctor and dentists I cannot.
The weather has been so hot today. We sat on a terrace and drank coffee in the sun.

Sylvia sounds like you had a lovely day shopping with Johan. Weather sounds lovely there, it is freezing here today. But at least it is not raining at the moment. Sorry to hear you have broken your tooth, nothing worse especially when it is the front one!

Hi, everyone, I'm pleased to catch up wioth everyone's news. I hope your tooth is sorted OK. Sylvia.

I'm away for the weekend with the church, but I do hate having to pack and decide what to take to wear. Since I put on weight a couple of years ago, I have few clothes and I feel I look awful in what I have. Still, I don't have to think about meals this weekend, so I shall enjoy that, once I get into my friends car.
