Well this business is turning out really well, my waitresses have gone missing, Keith has not turned in for work and now Taff the cooks gone orf too....

Bit late applying but I'm ok in the kitchen. Have made sausage rolls by the hundreds for parties. Do you need a Pastry Chef ?
I am pretty good at Cheesecake and Blackforrest Cakes too. Have references if required. Just ask my family lol

Right, I've found us a nice Caff in the town centre, all mod cons, nice tableware and if we take Jackie on as pastry cook and you do a few nice Welsh dishes, we could maybe do better, what do you think?

Do think I might rustle up some customers if I don my old sandwich board and have a wander?
