Think yours and mine may have been seperated at birth then!! ha ha. To be fair though he does work fairly hard and spends most of the evening kipping on the sofa...he said to me today actually that he always feels tired, I think it's just that we're getting on a bit now...and making love 3 or 4 times a night does take it's toll!!!!!!!!

Morning all, just having my cup of tea. My shift went well and that's me done until next monday night, as I'm just bank/relief. Hubby has gone to work so will certainly sleep well and probably wake around mid afternoon.

Must say Tina, it is nice when I send hubby packing to spare room or I go 'cos of his snorring. The idea of seperate bedrooms does sound very appealing as we have a lovely home but it does have a 'man smell' about the bedroom at times!!

Ah well off for a shower and then my kip. Speak later I hope.

Take care.

Well, the whores are moaning again, yes they still have a half-**sed attempt to do the job occasionally and if I find that this thread has stirred them up this time I will be very cross with whoever started it.

I have woken up with a cold and I twisted my knee going up the garden yesterday.

Oh bugger it,I think I might as well go back to bed!

I enjoy toddling off to my son's bed when he's away.It is comfy, and I can spread out when I'm flushing, arms and legs spread to get cool.I can put the light on and read when I can't sleep and not disturb OH and can even watch TV if I feel like it .It's great. If I am totally honest I would like to sleep there all the time, but think I'm still a bit young to be celebate LOL,and it's nice to have a snuggle now and again !!!!!
4-5 times a night PAM,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,oh those were the days in the far distant past lol

Hi all, woke up a bit earlier than I wanted too, but atleast I'll sleep well tonight...hopefully.

I have a friend who has slept in different rooms from her husband and has done for a few years due to his 'bad nights' as she calls them. Think he has snorring problems and dreams very vividly. They've had one child since I've known her to have this arrangment, so they must meet up if you see what I mean. Sounds ideal to me!

Something I say everyday..........Is it me or is it hot in here?
I hope I don't offend anyone by saying this but I can see myself going into the crematorium in my box one day saying .........is it me or is it hot in here LOL

Helen,
I was soooo looking forward to having hot flushes - as OH already has them lol he does not feel the cold and always has a window open in the house or the back door when he is smoking his ciggie. I thought sheer bliss I can compete with him and open up windows myself. Not so, with cold flushes! Not fair! lol So I always say its a bit chilly in here isn't it?

My hubby goes outside for a cigarette, now that it's warmer he sits in our little summer house and reads the paper in the evening. He calls it his kennel!

Jane Report 14 Apr 2009 19:26

Tina I think I get the cold ones too.My head and face are hot ,but I feel cold and my my hands go like ice.It just feels like your whole body is at odds.
Hot ....Cold !!!!!!!Half your body hot and the rest cold .How do you explain that to your OH like I do ,and he says I thought you were hot ,but then you say yes you are ,but you are cold aswell !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.Difficult one lol.Only us ladies know what we mean.

Harpstrings Report 14 Apr 2009 20:09

Pam you do make me laugh, I must get a "kennel" for my OH! lol

Helen, its awful being cold, yes I can have a bright red face and be shivering, but then I suppose its the body trying to regulate itself and goes overboard. Friends in work are amazed at the coldness of my hands too. But I dont have sweats.

Oh it is so good that we can all share this. My one wish in life if I had one, is that men could have a taster of what we ladies go through! lol
