That was the best meet that I have ever attended.

I have the photo of Daff and I with her tongue stuck in my ear...try explaining that to people who weren't there :-D

I just looked back through my photos of that day and 'he' is somewhere in nearly all the pics :-S :-S :-S.One where he is scoffing food from Daff's end of the table in the Restaurant :-|

dont mention the *Clingon* it was so funny and Radiant (with sunstroke) Daffy took the michael and got his measure of sponging free loader..... :-D

Ahhh yes Jane, I remember him well....the charming chancer! That day was wonderful, am only sorry I didn't stay on and party with you all. BCXX <3 :-)

I think there will be a lot of raised glasses BC.My arm is aching already lol.
I can still see Daff in the sun getting Sunstoke,just having 'one more'!!.That day was the only time I met Daff ,and what a day it was .We took over the Beer Garden .Remember the 'Clingon'???

I hope all the Troops (in full regalia) will pop into this long, loving thread in the next few days and raise a glass to the lovely Daff. I have left my bottle of Baileys (wrapped up in my favourite green satin bloomers) on the table beside the aspidestra, so please bring your favourite tipple. No pork scratchings please as Daff never liked them! :-) <3 BC XX

Lovely to see you, as Ann says sad circumstances though.
l've sometimes been abit lax on the thread but tried to help it to keep going along with loads of others.
Thank you for starting it in the first place!!

Our Daffers is one lady never to be forgotten thats for sure!!
