Son's first day back at Uni, much to his disgust his first lecture is at 9 am,so had to get up at about 7.30; a huge shock to his system, thro the holidays it's been 11am or later !!

Dry but windy here today.
Just came back from the hosp with my dau ,cos she 'thought 'she was having a balance test ,and may feel giddy and wouldn't be able to drive , that was what the letter said....but she just saw the specialist who said her previous hearings test were fine and would see her again after her balance tests which will be in 4 -6 weeks time I
So all she actually went for was for the specialist to tell her her hearing test was fine, I was furious and stated that the letter said it was for a balance test, all they said was it was to see the specialist! Dau was getting embarrassed by this point so I let it drop. Specialist said he only needed to see her after she'd had both tests !!!
Had I been on my own I would have been bouncing and demanding the test as said in the letter!!.. Dau wouldn't have appreciated that .lol
Got to stand up for ones self doesn't one !!

You bet I was Maz, dau was almost dragging me away from the receptionist desk, saying ' It's Ok mum !'....

The only good thing was that she was seen5 mins before her apt time,
cos the car park full the brim, took us 10mins to park and 10mins to get out again !!!
My cousin who lives in Abergavenny where the hosp is, says it's because parking is now free in the hosp but not in town, so people park in the hosp and walk into town, it's not far probably as far as the biggest town car park. If that's the case it's a disgrace on them !!
