What a terrible shock for you both.I hope his stay in intensive care will be a short one and that he will soon be up on a ward.Keep strong ,but also try and get enough rest.
Can't imagine the mess your place must be in!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mummo, I am so sorry to hear this happened, how often do we go up and down to the loft without thought for anything like this. I do hope that he soon makes a good recovery and is out of pain. And the paint everywhere must be terrible too, hope the insurance people come soon.

its so easily done ,I know thing are bad for your OH but it could have been so much worse,

Oh My God....Poor man.

Couldn't get any worse just before Christmas.

I do wish him lots of speedy recovery Mummo and my heart goes out to you too.

You have every right for some sympathy .& wishes
Hope he is back home soon after much care in hospital.
