Well after having Caitlin and Arron from Friday until last night i am staying in and having a rest today. Its sunny out there but cold and windy.

OH had one 13 years ago aged 58, was a shock
but no op needed and is on meds.

Morning All .had some bad news yesterday my younger brother had a heart attack he is 64 in feb,he is is in ccu .so looks like i could be off here for a bit .trying to sort things at home before i go to stay with S-I-law . he could be having op just waiting for news .Take care All <3 Barbra

Hello hope you are all alright .not been to well lately .but i am a lot better. now have trapped nerve in my lower back ouch :-) meds are helping , my neice has broken her leg .took her youngest to nursery school & slipped on the way home .in plaster for 6 weeks .poor love .right Take Care keep warm Bye for now Barbra x :-)

Hi Barbra and all

Well i am back home again after having Caitlin and Arron over weekend. Took them to the field to play with snow and had a fall. Hurt all down left side. Not too bad to day, mostly my shoulder that hurts now. :-(

I came home by bus last night, What should have taken just over 5mins to get to my flat it took me almost 15mins as was stared i would fall again. O have a bridge to go over to get to my place only small one but i just kepted sliding down again so had to walk in the road.


I am now going to stay in until i have to go out on Thursday to pick Caitlin up from school.
