Evening ladies, just to let you know that I am now back to normal, well as normal as I can be!! Good job really as my youngest daughter has been seriously ill in hospital and had surgery so I have her 2 children as she the doctors have told her she must not do anything for 6 weeks. Love my grandchildren but 6 weeks????? Have just cancelled a holiday we had booked and will rebook it when they go home.

Just to let you know I have sent an email out regarding a member leaving the group. Its a real shame out numbers are dropping.

Sylvia I think I could do with some lessons on my tablet, I will have to get the grandchildren to show me the finer points as they seem to know exactly how everything works even the 6 yr old!

Our postal system is not what it was. No postal boxes, no post offices and no delivery of post on a Monday. I think the postman has got confused as I had no post today so I suppose he thought it was Monday!
I went for a lesson this morning for my tablet. I had also a pedicure and my doctor came. What do I ever do with all my time?

Hi Sylvia, we were just thinking of the girls that don't post too often they find the post and think that it is an old one with the year being 2011 and start looking for another, so if the year was removed it might help more of them to find it.

I am afraid I don't understand the need for changing the title of this thread Ann. It does take me a long time to get on though.
I had a wonderful birthday - a total of 32 cards and masses of flowers and plants and chocolates. It was busy here with no chair to spare.

Sylvia, if you let me know who keeps sending to your old address I will email them and tell them your address!! I have sent out lists with you correct address on to everyone several times since you moved so I have no idea why they would keep sending to the old address.
Great that you are having such lovely weather, it is so windy here again today, although we have had sun all day but it is not that warm, in fact just off to make up the log fire!

Jo glad you are over the shingles, a painful illness, hope it didn't spoil your Christmas.

Sylvia if you want to take out the 2011 in the title go to your very first post on this thread and click on edit. You can then edit the title by deleting 2011 to avoid confusion. :-) glad you have had sun, we are about to get yet mote rain and gales :-(

Jo, sorry to hear that you have had shingles. I believe it is very painful. Johan had it once when we lived in England.
Anyway am pleased to hear that you are better again. Perhaps you have been doing too much!
The weather has been beautiful again today. I dread to think when we are going to have winter.
