Member Since: October 2004 Posts: 9 Send Message	Hi I sent GR a message as when I clicked on hot matches they would'nt open,I could'nt send them a message the traditional way and can't open contacts updates. Have still not heard from them,hot matches have now "disappeared: and I have'nt had any matches for quite a while . Joanne

	Joanne, The matches you had were all ones you had discarded previously I think...and now they've sorted it they have become discarded again. I had my first hot match email on Tuesday All, the simple instruction to F5 because otherwise GR remembers the "essential site maintenance" works...still not the same colours as IE8... Jude

	Ann, Emma, Have you tried using the F5 to refresh? It worked for me and I haven't had a problem since. Alternatively, if you go to mini-tree home page and click to edit it will open your tree Jude

	Apparently when the problems started and when launching tree you got the essential maintenance message it remembers that error until you refresh. As I say it worked for me But I never had a problem with boards or messages just launching my tree Jude
