For everyone who has added to this Thread and give us such hope and consideration.

Had a message from my sister, ZZ had her emergency operation, and now has a line in. She has come through the op so it is a very big thank you to the surgeon and his staff, my wonderful supporters on here.
Of course the surgeon once again expained that her chances of survival is very low but he is impressed with her fight for life and her family keeping as positive as possible.

At times we all moan about the Health Service in the UK, but I cannot fault them as far as my family have experienced.

Bless you all for staying with us. <3 <3 <3

Well, some good news. Our ZZ is really a very good fighter and so full of determination

My sister just sent me a message to say that if ZZ is OK tomorrow evening she may be allowed home! It is thought that she will be more content at home, and as her mother is a nurse and her father is a senior Paramedic along with her sister who she has asked for, it would be nest for her!!

I just might sleep a little better tonight. I am convinced that your prayers and positive thoughts really do help.....so once more I simply want to say THANK YOU, for the messages on here and sent directly to me.

The consultant made it very clear that she is still very I'll and his views are still respected, but how wonderful if she makes it home.

Good night and Bless you all

Bridget

Sorry I made you cry the other day, Bridget.

I am glad the news is a little better and how lovely if ZZ can be at home with all things familiar around her and her beloved family close by altho I know they will have been with her as much as possible in the hospital.

Let's hope the fighting spirit is still strong enough to win through, with the help of the love of her family and the brilliant caring doctors and nurses too

thinking of you all

Liz,
I needed to cry.......so pleSe do not worry. One of my lifelong problems has been the determination not to cry. A hangover from childhood and another story. So you in fact helped me, I just hope that next time it will be tears of Joy.

I will post about ZZ when I know for sure if she is at homer or is staying in hospital.

For everyone who has posted and or sent PMs THANK YOU.

Bridget

Morning Bridget, I was going to write that tears can be healing and it's good to let your emotions out so didn't feel too guilty about it. I too hope you will have lots of joyful tears to release very soon.

Take good care of yourself - have a ((hug))

Wonderful news!!

ZZ is home!! Of course. She is still ILL but we all know that so not much point in worrying about tomorrow, although we do.,.,

Quite late last night the Consultant felt that as her temp has stabilised it would be best for her and the family if she was at home.

Your prayers and positive thoughts are always appreciated and to be honest I do not know how to thank you all, words do not seem enough.

Should ZZ have to go back I will post again, meanwhile I shall as usual only come back for any update.

Thank you, thank you, and thank you again, now go and enjoy your day.
