Rambling Rose

Rambling Rose Report 9 Jan 2012 22:23

Thanks for those Ann, I have to laugh at the first one,

1. Two characters:- A screaming woman and an over confident child
Setting:- Toy shop

That should be a breeze for me having worked in a toy shop, which quite often contained screaming women and over confident children :-D

AnninGlos Report 9 Jan 2012 22:23

Just a thought Rose. I don't think Peter reads the boards so won't know if we suggest anything.

I have tried to find titles that can be poems or prose other than the scenario ones.

Rambling Rose Report 10 Jan 2012 18:40

I'm looking forward to reading...much more so than I am to writing lol, :-S

AnninGlos Report 10 Jan 2012 21:47

I would be the same BC, it is difficult to join these groups on your own isn't it? Takes an awful lot of courage to justw alk in.

I keep looking at the latest ideas and not getting anywhere.

Rambling Rose Report 10 Jan 2012 21:51

BC I can't remember who gave the advice , though it may well have been Maeve Binchy, that writers groups may be a bit stifling of imagination for some, if they are of the sort to stick to rigid exercises.

Ann, I have a poem done! from 'deja vu', it's only short so I might write something else to go with it.

AnninGlos Report 10 Jan 2012 21:53

Oh well done Rose!!!! Shall have to try harder.
