Genes reunited have received many emails from me.

I think that IGP has summed up the problem very well in his most recent post in here:

which, I think, basically is that the site's servers are unable to cope with the size of the database.

5 DAYS ITS TAKEN TO GET ON HERE AND INPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT BECAUSE I COULDNT LOGG ON,
TRYED ALL
OTHER WAYS KEPT SAYING ERROR OR EMAIL UNKNOWN
OR JUST NOTHING AT ALL
