lol..that made me laugh Ann

Just to say i never had chemo today cos my platelets were down They are also going to change it to as this one isn't suitable for my bone marrow so i'll only have the chemo every 3 weeks & i'll stay in over night cos it takes 8-12 hours

Sylvia Report 16 May 2012 23:47

Hi Julie.
I havent been on here for a while but just looked in to see how you were.
I wish you well with your new treatment. You seem to able to stay positive, it does help. You will get through this, each day gets you closer to recovery, take care.

Julie Report 26 May 2012 05:00

LOL Maureen

Thanks everyone

Im doing ok at the mo, chemo session will be next Wednesday so fingers crossed my bloods will be fine.
Some days the pain in my lower back is really bad & for a while now i can't walk on my own & i had a melt down the other day as i couldn't get out the bath so am looking to get 1 of those seats to sit on,
I often sit here & i still can't believe how much my life has changed over the last year.

Lyndi Report 26 May 2012 07:17

Still thinking of you Julie. Hope your bloods are ok so you can have the treatment.
Take care xx

ButtercupFields Report 26 May 2012 09:32

Always on my mind, Julie. Good luck with the bloods and of these days you will be able to jump out of that bath with a loud splash, turn cartwheels, shout Eureka! and life will gradually go back to what it was, or even better <3 :-)

AnninGlos Report 26 May 2012 09:36

Julie, still thinking of you. Hope all is well with the bloods and that the treatment will make a new woman of you. Please feel free to come on here for a 'melt down' any time we are all here for you. Or feel free to PM me any time. You are such a brave lady but we all need a bolt hole at some time. Stay strong love. <3 <3

Hi Julie,

Just catching up, melt down here whenever you feel the need :-) Lots of us have 'melted down' for one reason or another.

Now if BC will let the firemen out from her cupboard they could come over and lift you into the bath ;-) ;-)
