Hi Julie, stay positive love, you have lots of support on here, and of course you have a loving and caring family. If your chilfren want to talk to someone other than family the Macmillan nurses are always there to listen, they can answer questions, and do it in a gentle and helpful way.
My thoughts and prayers are always with you.
Take care and stay safe.

I often say nothing because I just don't have the words, but that doesn't mean that I don't feel for you or think of you.
The love and support of family and friends is priceless at a time like this.
Take care xxx

Julie, I am so glad you have a supportive o.h. and hope you can fight on for a good long while yet with his love behind you and that of your family and friends. It's great that you want to help others by having the tests and meantime I hope the treatments will be bearable and help give you more time to do the things you want to do.

Will be thinking lots of positive thoughts for you

UPDATE

Ok Results...the news was good & bad

The good news is that it isn't in my internal organs it's in my lower spine, a couple of ribs & my lymph nodes in my chest

The bad news is,,,,,,there is nothing they can do but prolong my life by having 2 lots of chemo & an injection to keep my bones strong.

I had some test done on my kidneys on Friday to make sure they are strong enough for this chemo as thats what it will be base on.
Apparently im not normal ( like i didn't already know lol) & this shouldn't have come back so quickly & so aggressive as i have not long finished Rads & had scans....so they have asked it they can take bloods to do a study...so i have said for them to take what they need if it means helping out the next person.

I am feeling very positive still as i am sure not going anywhere for a long time yet. My OH has been my rock through all this & i do not know what i would have done without him.

I am on FB where i do keep in touch with a lot of people but my status on the is regularly updated so if you'd like to hook up PM your name

Many thanks for your support i only wish you knew how much it mean to me

Julie, it must have been awful to have to have those chats with your youngsters but I hope you can all support each other and also find somewhere they can go to talk over any worries, maybe MacMillan nurses or somewhere so they don't bottle things up, or someone at their school?

I hope things go well for you and you can fight back from this and be another success like some of the stories on here.
