Cut an avocado in half. take out the stone.Fill the hole with some stilton. Put it under the grill. Tip a bit of balsamic on it. |

You have made me feel guilty Lorraine so this is what I have when in a hurry, small tin tuna, small tin sweet corn, chopped cucumber, tomato, gherkins, peppers, with lots of low cal mayo. |

Smoked mackerel mashed with cream and grated cheese, add black pepper and put mixture thickly on a wodge of brown bread and shove under grill with more grated cheese on top.....simply delicious! Can you tell am starving? :-D |
