This thread has well gone off the original topic :-)

There's programme on TV at 5pm weekdays..Come dine with me, in which 4 contestants compete to win £1,000 hosting a dinner party.
One ladies menu was almost all made up of 'road killings' needless to say she didn't win !

Just marinade them in a mixture of red wine and vaseline with a clove of crushed garlic for a few days and they are as tender as anything :-D

JoyBoroAngel Report 25 May 2012 23:19

Suzanne

Suzanne Report 25 May 2012 23:16

oh joy, you as well?
i hope hubby doesnt take his little speed bumps home for you to cover in oil and put on the bbq :-D

Allan

Allan Report 25 May 2012 23:14

lol Joy.

Wombats are more like bollards! Fortunately we don't have them in West Oz. We just have to look out for kangaroos and emus. They can cause a great deal of damage to vehicles if you hit one, which is why people fit 'Roo bars to their cars.

Conversley, a 'Roo bar can cause much damage to pedestrians if you hit one :-D

Allan

Allan Report 25 May 2012 23:07

what are the chances that we are going to get rrd for this? :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

Allan

Allan Report 25 May 2012 22:49

I prefer to put the cuddly creatures on to a warming BBQ plate and watch them dance :-D

Sometimes I even collect an audience and charge them to see the act.

"Man cannot live on bread alone" and small furry creatures don't go far either, especially after dancing on the BBQ plate :-D

singeing fur is so not good for your chest ,you will get the same effect by setting fire to your foot and inhaling the fumes, before you do that, make sure you have a small group of furry animals watching your pain and hearing you scream(from the safety of the hedgerows). its nice to taste your own medicine once in a while. :-D

GET WELL SOON. :-D

Allan

Allan Report 25 May 2012 22:27

Nah! It is rumoured that the smell of singeing fur is good for clearing the sinuses.

They were probably safer when I was just BBQing them ;-)

Suzanne

Suzanne Report 25 May 2012 22:24

im sorry your ill Allan,
but i bet the small furry animals around your parts are sighing with relief at the thought of being safe for a wk or two. :-D

Allan

Allan Report 25 May 2012 22:15

It depends how hard you squeeze them.

I usually take mine to the local tax office as the staff are renowned for being able to extract blood from a stone :-D
