NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO,even after playing with screen buttons......

The text boxes may have been better shaded down a tad to green,,,,,,like the search box on the left,,,,,,,,,much to conflicting,

Black,,,,stark white,,,,pale grey, and green all over the place bit messy,,,,,,,,,submit tab would have been better exchanged for the preview green......

bring in an interior designer,,,,,,,,,,

I will miss the Purple Eater People..RIP>>>>>> ;-) ;-) ;-) :-D

I can now understand some of the comments made by those who were given access to the beta site.

I hate being negative, but my eye condition means that the white background is far too bright for me to contemplate using the site in future for more than a few minutes at a time. How sad.

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 1 Aug 2012 09:46

Too bright for me as well but I told them that with the Beta site, they said nobody else had a problem with it.

Too bright for me too - did they listen to anyone's comments? Don't think so.

(not mine at least!)

Porkie_Pie

Porkie_Pie Report 1 Aug 2012 09:55

My Emoticons have gone also but i have reported it

the bright background is not quite as bright as it was on the beta

but if it's to bright for some try adjusting the brightness on your PC down a tad

Roy

Edit, AnninGlos I did and i know for a fact that several members with eye problems did report this as a problem it gave me a head ache after abt 10 minuted, they sent me a message saying that they had noted my comment,

If anyone still has that problem they need to tell GR direct using the facility provided

I have just found a death for a long lost relative. It took less than a couple of minutes and I had been looking for a long time. The age of death is displayed so making it easier to obtain the right info. Was it on there before, I dont remember seeing it. Black print on white is not the best combination for people with eye problems and I have lost all my smiley faces (:

The problem with reducing the screen brightness, is that it then makes other sites dim. It is only this site which is too stark
