Blimey Hayley - you must be getting old, ha ha! I loved every minute - thought Rickaaaay looked good with his twee hairstyle, Lisa was fantastic, but I missed Fern - what was she like?

I'm now obsessed with my core . . . . . goes off to look in mirror >>>>>>>>>>>

mmm - looks a bit shrivelled - few pips still there though ;-)

Wend Report 6 Oct 2012 21:01

Yah, Lynda - think she might get more irritating as time goes on, but the last female irritated me too!

Barbra Report 6 Oct 2012 23:05

Enjoyed tonight's show. Loved Lisa, and, dare I say, for a big girl she's a bundle of energy, really livened up the evening :-D

I think they all seemed nervous and will probably settle down and enjoy it more as they get more confidence.....except Jerry who has it in spades :-) only she didn't dance did she? :-S.......Darcey is getting on my nerves too with the 'yahs':-|.. although she is a beautiful dancer

Keeep darncing

I have taken dear Darcey's advice.

I have been examining my core all day. The locked bedroom door was a bit of a worry to OH though.

Decided it needs firming up a bit. So have been doing sit ups.

Feel absolutely exhausted now.................might let us go lax for the rest of the week.

:-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

Just to remind you all.

It Takes Two begins on BBC2 tonight with all the gossip.

I believe that Zoe Ball may be in charge this year, looks like from the trailers on tv.

Keeeeeeeep Dancing.

Pilates is very good for the core :-)

If Darcey Bussell came from round my way, she wouldn't be saying "Yah" at the end of each piece of advice she gave. It would be "D'ya get me?"

Enjoyed the show so far. What a shame that Jerry H. couldn't be bothered to dance - at least that is what it looked like to me.
I reckon all the others did there best, even if some of them made some mistakes.

Pleased too that noone will get the push, till they have all done two dances. So they will all get the chance to do Ballroom and Latin before facing the chop.

Will be watching Takes Two this evening. Wonder if Zoe will make her own mark instead of being another Claudia?

Silly Sausage Report 8 Oct 2012 17:43

I think Jerry is this years Nancy Yahh :-D

MotownGal

MotownGal Report 10 Oct 2012 20:13

Watched Takes Two this evening, Zoe talking to her dear old Dad.

He is a game old bird aint he?

Darcey on there too, she toned down the Yahh. Have you spoken to her Hayley?

:-D :-D :-D :-D

On Take Two last night.

Aliona is on the mend.

Denise has suffered whiplash during rehearsals, may not be on Saturday nights show.

GlitterBaby Report 13 Oct 2012 12:13

Really not got any idea who will be in the bottom two tonight.

Possibly Anton as not sure that Jerry will get the public vote.

MotownGal

MotownGal Report 13 Oct 2012 17:26

Loved Louis and Favia ....and Denise Van Outen.........and I nearly wet laughing when is Olga?? had Sid Owen doing a 1 hand hand stand as she had seen Louis do it last week... LMAO BUT OMGGGGGGGGGGG Michael looked like Woody out of toy story.... :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

MotownGal

MotownGal Report 13 Oct 2012 20:45

I think it may well be the end of Jerry, she really does not want to work does she? I do like Anton, I think he has a cheeky twinkle in his eye.

Loved Lisa again, and Denise was great too.

Only the fickle voting public will decide.

Roger

Roger Report 13 Oct 2012 21:15

Well Jerry H thinks see is the bees knees, no one can touch her.

But the same goes for Fern as well.

But hasn't Craig suppassed himself up tonow, But I think he is the best judge as he tells it how he sees it, not like Len trying to please everyone even though they cannot dance.

MotownGal

MotownGal Report 14 Oct 2012 16:36

Yay Roger, how lovely for a bloke to comment on this thread.

I dont particularly like Fern, I think she thinks she is better than she actually is. All that skirt swishing does not detract from the lousy footwork.

So only another couple of hours to the dance-off.

Craig is luv-er-ly darhhhhh-ling. I think he lives near me, I often see him shopping in town. In a tee-shirt and jeans.

Slow-slow-quick-quick-slow..............................

Julia Report 14 Oct 2012 16:45

Well, now you come to mention it Motown, that flippin' Fern got on me pip last week. She was swishing her skirts of the 'orrible Purple creation, every verse end. As if the judges want to see her thunder thighs. This weeks red dress was somewhat of an improvement, though she had to have a couple of swishes with it. One thing was, it did make her look as if she had somehow lost 4/3 stone in the week between.
I rather fancy meself in a pair of those Sparkly,Twinkly little shorts that Natalie worn.

Let's see what happens tonight.

Bring back Ray McVey and his Orchestra. They knew how to play for dancers.

Just watched recording from last night.

Loved Denise's jive :-D and I wouldn't half mind doing the jive with James ;-)

Lisa is soo light on her feet isn't she? great attitude!

The person I think might be in the dance off tonight? Michael Vaughan (cricketer) and Queen Bee Jerry Hall.....

.....also glad Darcey kept the 'yahs' down, counted just a few ...but lots of grimaces from Len :-S

.......edit: in my eyes Victor Silvester and Joe Loss were the tops for ballroom/dance bands.
