Hi Ladies,

Hope all is well, I lost 2lbs this week :-D, I will keep up the good work, only five weeks until the Christmas festivities start. A pound a week will result in half stone loss and that's not so hard to do :-D

there was actually veg in it too and I added cabbage.

I have only lost another 3 lbs....... :-( lots of reasons......I think I will go back to eating raw veg and fruit for a couple of days a week......

I would say 3 lbs was fine Susan, if you lose too much too quickly it will all go back on again.

Only one pound but I'm happy as it is staying off and i have definitely relaxes the diet a bit. Good luck to everyone else x
