Last winter, I was putting something in the outside bin, when I saw 2 tiny mice (they were obvios babies still) running around in circles, I should say, running around the root of the lilac tree between me and the neighbours garden, They ran under the fence and came out my side, this went on for a few minutes, I stood completely still, transfixed, didn't want to disturb them. It was such a sweet sight, really lovely to watch,wish I had a camera/video recorder handy, but I would not have been pleased if they were indoors,not in my house!!!

They are cute little creatures arn't they Claddagh.

The problem is that apart from leaving their droppings all over the place, they cause so much damage.

One family nested in some curtains i had stored in the garage. They had nibbled the curtains to shreads...............Bless them!! :-|

last wk i opened my patio doors after a downpour and in ran a little baby shrew,straight into my daughters bedroom that look out towards the patio doors.
he was hiding behind the cupboard and then moved under the bed,the last we saw of him he had run into the walk in clothes cupboard,we have not seen him since. :-D
