Hello Dutch...yes of course l will:)

Jean is hoping to be home in the next few days or so, she's doing very well and walking without the nurses being with her,although slowly!!
Bit miffed because she can't download books onto her kindle, but been to the day room and picked up some from their little library:)
No WIFI either so can't use her puter:(((

Meant to have added this last night...l did the Welsh thread and forgot this one, SORRY!!!

Well you'll never believe it BUT.......

It did'nt happen and the reason was because some plonker put an oat thingy bag in the microwave to heat up (downstairs) and it caught fire, so they had fire engines and fireman instead...LOL....apparently the staff had the planned meeting with the BBC and discussed Jeans case, but did'nt have time to see Jean:((((...they may not be able to get back either:((

She was abit disappointed but ok!!

Phil still in alot of pain:((

I don't know why I haven't noticed this before altho I was away when you first posted Jude.

I hope Jean will recover well and will enjoy being a tv star. Hope Phil gets some relief from the new tablets and will feel more relaxed now Jean is nearer home.

This is what is happening today:

AUNTIE JEAN is being interviewed today by the BBC, its an NHS documentary/advert....and Jean is the patient they have chosen. They will ask why she's in hospital, what they do for her etc etc, its to do with Getting Britain Healthy, or something like that. They will also follow up on her progress.
So she had her hair washed yesterday and whilst l was there the haridresser arrived to roller and blow dry it....she did look posh.
So watch this space:)))) don't know when it will be on the telly.

Hello everyone.....

Sorry...Sallie, AnnG and MaryinSpain...only just seen this....l will pass your names on tomorrow:)

l saw Jean this afternoon and she looks much brighter. Shes now in her local hospital, much much nicer:)
She sits in the armchair dressed, rather than stuck in bed all the time!!
Had a bit of vertigo yesterday, but ok today:)


She's going to be a star tomorrow.....you'll have to try and guess why/how....lol

will look back in the morning:)

Sorry just seen this. Hope that Jean is improving each day and will soon be more mobile. Also hope Phil's new tablets have started to work and that he is beginning to feel better.

Not been on computer for 14 days or so so only just seen this hope Jean will soon be feeling better - although I suppose it will take time. Hope her oh is feeling better too.

Jean is much perkier. Has physio everyday but only for about 5 mins.
Hoping to be transferred to local hospital by Tuesday:))
Phil is still suffering, on new tabs so hoping to get some pain relief from them:)
