Rach, good to see you on here. I presume everyone is different and maybe you will be able to eat more as time goes on. I assume you have queried this with your doctor/specialist.

Sorry you have had a rough time, hope you continue to feel better. :-)

Hi all what a lovely thread thank you Jane xxxx

Well here I am its been a rough ride to be honest and there are days when I wish I hadnt had my Gallbladder removed! I am still having problems with my belly button but I have just finished my third lot antibiotics which have made me quite low but I am feeling a little better each day. I would just like to say that when you are told you can eat anything after having your Gallbladder out its soooooooo not true. :-(
Thank you all for your love and support what a lovely bunch you are
much love Rachxxxxxxx

Dry humour? Yep that sounds like Rach. Keeping a deadpan expression while rolling her eyes, I can see her doing it now!!

Hope you are ok too Jane.

I spoke to Rach again today. She still has a way to go as her keyhole wounds are infected still and she is feeling sick when she eats and still has a fair bit of pain.
She has been signed of work for another fortnight(at least).
But on a happier note she did sound a bit more herself :-D.I think she is just fed up to the back teeth with everything .
She still is unable to get on the internet :-S.I told her we were all still thinking of her and wishing her well.
It was good to hear her more herself though and even her dry humour came through a few times :-D :-D(is dry humour right?).Those of you who know her will know what I mean.

Update on our lovely Rach.
She is not doing too well :-S. Swabs have been taken from her Keyhole sites and also a continuing bladder infection. So she is not a happy bunny.Feeling very low and tearful and just can't see an end to it all at the moment.I just wish I could get to see her but my son has my car for work at the moment so I'm stuck :-S
But I will keep in touch by phone and let you all know how she is doing.
