I just have to ask if anyone else agrees with me regarding the way this site is set out. Nothing is obvious or intuitive. Take this Keepsake thing that has just been introduced. One would think that it would be prominently shown somewhere on the main page, well if it is i need to go back to Spec savers and have my new glasses replaced, another £200 obviously wasted. I cant find it, nor can i find any reference how to access Keepsake, pleanty of explanations of things that you can do once your in it, but no info on how to get to it

Also how about this adding extra features, can this truly be what the sire is offering potential customers.
Add all the features other than newspaper archives, price £14.95 feature discount £14.83!!! 12p discount, madness!
Newspaper archives £39.95 discount price £39.62
This has to be a joke surely. Or have i misunderstood, Is the second price the discount, now that would be good. :-D

Me again. One feature they could introduce would the capability of editing a post on the forums. I cant think of any other site that does not offer this option. ;-)

the Keepsafe is at the top of the page, (All pages on the main site) between relatives and community,

Home.....Family Tree...Relatives>>>Keepsafe<<<Community....Messages....Search

also look at the FAQ under the help tab above

AND TO BE HONEST I DONT USE PAY TO VIEW

EDIT IF I USE AFTER POSTING I WILL SAY SO ON THREAD I EDITED IT
BUT BECAREFULL ITS EASY TO DELETE BY ERROR

God those glasses cost me a lot of money, thank you for pointing that out for me, i have booked another eye test. Also for the guidance to the edit feature. Im off to look for more deficiencies, but given my track record so far i doubt i will find any. :-\

David...........i didn't notice "Keepsake" untl Dizzi pointed it out.

As for editing your post's...............

We were all new member's on here at some point.....and just like you..........couldn't see what was staring us in the face sometimes.
