Hi Holly, yes lets stick together, my main hope is that I have not lost my tree completely. But i am truly as sick as a parrot.

Hello, my tree has not loaded for 3 weeks, it will not go past the immediate family, every time I ask about it, all you get is the tech people are sorting things out, when I load to full tree, the URL address comes up as ABOUT BLANK & only the first half of the URL will appear. I am really getting sick of this. Its about time Genes stopped messing around with all the new stuff, which doesn't always work anyway & give us our old trees back, we didn't have so many problems them, I am a platinum member & if we are going to keep having problems I may not re-new my subs next time.

I just tried my tree again...... and got straight there, full tree.

Can't download "full" tree? I can't download ANY of my tree!!!

I "minimised" the tree page while I typed my OP. Forgot to close it. When I got to my computer this morning, it was still there. Opened it....... probably 10 hours later......... and that circle was still going round and round and round, still had that list.

Fed up with this disaster.

I got a message from Phil Moir this morning (not email, a GR contact message) about a suggestion I made. I replied, and also asked him about the Tree snafu......... waiting for his response.

So Phil is working this weekend :-)

I'm starting to regret renewing my subscription.

This query came up in the week Scozz.

Apparently, if you have a large tree, (Idon't know how large) you can no longer download "full" tree.

Jimbob and i have over 3000 names in our trees and so we cannot download the full tree.

Blooming rediculous! :-P

I still don't have a tree.

By that, I mean AN EXPLANATION, NOT one of your insulting generic responses.

PLEASE don't give me advice about compatability etc etc etc
