On 15 November 2012, 41 new police and crime commissioners will be elected across England and Wales to give you a say when it comes to cutting crime in your area. I have looked on the Home Office website, I have taken on board what's been on TV and radio and read everything that has dropped through my letterbox. I still do not really know anything about the 7 local candidates for my area. All things considered it is impossible for me to make a reasoned judgement, and I have no clue who to vote for. Furthermore, I wonder will these appointment make any difference to law and order?
