I'm seriously thinking about having a replacement lens operation, after 55 years of wearing specs or contact lenses. I wear varifocals, so I've been considering Clarivu, as their lenses can correct both short and long sight. Anyone out there had this type of op? |

Well i have had both eyes"done" because of cataracts They remove the opaque lens and replace it with a plastic one BUT it doesnt correct any underlying optical problems just makes viewing clear rather than cloudy, |

I probably didn't understand it properly but was surprised when asked for a copy of the old man's opticians prescription. |
