Our mate, the one who thought the homeless people stole a shed, has had a knee replacement so we are cooking for him.This involves dishing up and running one down to him in the car.

Odays baffling conversation went like this:-

S "I am thinking of doing spotted dick for afters.Have you got any custard."

M "No"

S"I will have to make some then, there is only enough in a carton for us."

M "I have only got some tinned custard."

S "Well that will be alright then,you can put some of that on your pudding,"

M "I have got tinned custard and rice pudding."
