Can't view other trees

	Roy I still have 'view' showing under my contacts. Will get on to GR. Thanks for your help Phyll

	Are you trying to access it from your tree or through "My contacts" list? Check the My contacts list to make sure you still have access, If it says "view" under the tree column then you should be able to access it but if it says "request" then you don't have access, may be the person who gave access has withdrawn permission? If they have not then contact GR using the "contact us" under the help tab at the top of this page Roy

	Sorry to be a nuisance but I have permission to view a tree but it keeps coming 'you are not authorised to view this tree' What's going on. Phyll
