Lynda, many years ago my Dad had them and enjoyed them. They seem to be nutricious and balanced as well.

Hi,
Thanks for your replies. I've had a look at the old thread ( joined only a couple of weeks ago - before my time ).
I think he will enjoy them, and is looking forward to the curries, all day breakfasts and pasta dishes instead of the mince and dumpling type of meals he's been getting.
They come frozen Hayley, but he has a carer who will microwave them. I'm not George, by the way -I'm a Geordie called Lynda! :-D

Several people have experience of them - there was a similar thread a few weeks ago

Hope your Dad enjoys the new menus!

My sister works for Wheels on meals but up here up North, Do Wiltshire Farms deliver them hot George?

Our County Council have withdrawn the subsidy for meals on wheels, so the provider has packed in, leaving my old dad in the lurch. I've signed him up with Wiltshire farm foods.
Anyone out there had experience of the company - are the meals O.K?
