This prog., is running on the telly at the moment, and we decided to watch, last night.
The contestants are all professional chefs. wishing to advance their careers and, win the prize, - cooking a meal for Michelle Rouix.
Last night, for their first task, they had to dress a Lobster, and present it on a plate with added ingredients eg, mango, mint, garlic cress. This task was demonstrated by Michelle's glamorous assisatant (she so emulates his actions, I think they are cloned).
Along came, in turn, all five contestants. First was okey, but abit ham fisted. He cheffed in Cornwall, so I expected him to be fully conversant with the procedure.
Now, I cannot remember if it was the second or third, pretend chef, but he started to disect the arms of the Lobster. He then moved onto the main body, and, wait for it, wait for it, he spilled out all the contents of the Gall Bladder, green/black gunge all over his work top. He then picked up a tea towel, and wiped everywhere with it,, thus spreading the contents all over his work station.
Best thing was, he was not eliminated.
There, I told you it was worth waiting for.

I've been watching this series Julie, not been impressed with the so called professionals at all. I just hope it gets better

Island, I just missed a blob in the eye, and if it had gone onto me best sofa, I would be suing the BBC by now. It was absolutely gross.
